Founder

Michael Ohana

CEO

A French entrepreneur and graduate of ESSEC Business School, Michael founded AlumnEye in 2012 to identify and develop talent for careers in Investment Banking and Private Equity. In 2017, he launched AE SEARCH, an executive search boutique advising Private Equity funds, Venture Capital firms, family offices and portfolio companies on senior leadership recruitment.

Known for his understanding of the investment ecosystem and his relationships across Europe's financial community, he plays an active role in shaping leadership teams and long-term talent strategies. He co-founded a Y Combinator-backed startup in 2016 and is an active business angel, with investments in dozens of technology companies across Europe and the United States.

He also hosts Big Deal, a podcast of candid conversations with dealmakers, from private equity and venture capital investors to entrepreneurs and advisors.
